6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients can request to cancel a project by providing written notice of their project cancellation request. Projects that are cancelled after the start of the project may not qualify for a full refund. Partial refunds will be assessed on the basis of work performed and resources used, if any. Eunoia Designtech reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative or operational costs from any refund amount.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Give accurate and complete information demanded to execute the design.
• Share timely feedback and approvals to avoid detainments.
• Reply quickly to questions and interpretations presented by the team.

If you do not fulfill these obligations, then the schedule and issues in design could potentially be affected, and you agree that Eunoia Designtech will not be held responsible.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties will maintain confidentiality in regards to personal information handled while we design.

We will not disclose or share your confidential information with third parties without your permission, except as required by law.
